Pat Lapalapa Group is a residential real estate team based in Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand. The team is part of Ray White Manukau and trades under Ray White AT Realty Limited, a Licensed Real Estate Agency under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA 2008). Its office is at 603 Great South Road, Manukau, Auckland.

The team is led by Pat Lapalapa, its Performance Director and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. As principal, Pat Lapalapa has personally sold more than 800 homes, representing over $750 million in settled sales across his career.
